How soon can I park my car on a newly laid driveway?
For a resin-bound driveway, we recommend waiting at least 24 to 48 hours before driving or parking vehicles on it. For a new tarmac driveway, it is best to keep cars off the surface for a minimum of 2 to 3 days, and up to a week during exceptionally warm weather while the binder matrix completely cures and hardens.
In many cases, yes, provided the existing concrete base is structurally sound, perfectly level, and free of major cracks or subsidence. Our team will thoroughly inspect the base during your free site survey to check its stability and ensure proper drainage grading before laying any natural stone or slabs. If the concrete is failing, we will recommend a full site clearance and a fresh sub-base for long-lasting results.
